McKayla Rose Maroney, a retired American musician and artist was a retired American artist gymnast and singer. She participated in the 2012 Summer Olympics as part of in the American Women's Gymnastics Team known as the Fierce Five. At the Olympics she was awarded a silver medal for herself and a team gold. The beginning of her life. McKayla Rose Maroney was born in Aliso Viejo, California, on the 9th of December, 1995, the daughter of Erin Maroney and Mike Maroney (died 2019). McKayla is born of Irish Catholic descent. Her three siblings include Tarynn, Kav and Tarynn. She attended homeschooling to be an elite gymnast. Maroney stated, "When I was younger I was watching Tarzan and jumping about on my fours. My mother would say, 'I need to put the child in gymnastics. Lauren Drain was a member of Westboro Baptist Church and wrote Banished in 2013 that recounts her experiences, such as having to be exiled from the Church. Lauren is engaged to David Kagan, who is also a fitness model since August 2013. Aria Skye Kagan is the daughter of David Kagan and Lauren. The birth took place in December of 2019.
