Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was born South London, England into a family of mixed blood. Her mother is English while her father is Nigerian. She was lived in a housing estate run by the council south of London. In the ages of 14she enrolled in The Brit School. She graduated with a BA in acting at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. The stage she appeared in was several productions as a student such as the role of King Henry V, as Princess Katherine, and Wuthering Heights, as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe's acting career started with Storm Damage. In the years since, she's appeared as a guest on Teachers, Doctors, Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's film debut was in Woody Allen's Cassandra's Dream (2007), alongside Colin Farrell. The following year she portrayed Elisha (a BBC Three drama-pilot) in West 10 LDN. Additionally she appeared in Trexx as Ollie as well as six episodes of Flipside. In the ITV2 series Secret Diary of a Call Girl was her first appearance in 2008 playing Bambi. Madekwe played the lead role on How to Lose Friends And Alienate Others, a comedy released in 2008. She was also in Little Sweet Thing, by Roy Williams, and Flight Path, by David Watson.
Madekwe made her official US debut in the 2009 drama series The Beautiful Life, which just aired two episodes for The CW before being cancelled. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC drama Revenge as of February 2011. In late May 2013, it was announced that Madekwe, who had appeared on the show as a series regular for the two previous seasons, had decided to quit the show after a guest-appearance in the first episode of the season's new episode. In the TV series Salem the actress played Tituba between 2014 and 2016. Madekwe, along with her boyfriend who has been with her for a long time, Iddo Goldenberg, were married in June 2012. They've collaborated on Secret Diary of a Call Girl, and he is also a part of the cast on the TV show Salem.

Ashley Leggat grew up in Hamilton Ontario with an extended family. Her parents, Roy and Patty, as well as her brothers Brett, Todd, and Bram and Bram, were present. Ashley's brothers, who were each of them extremely physically active, were all playing hockey during the winter months and played baseball in the summer months, which means she basically grew up in parks and arenas. Ashley was unable to walk, but danced. As a result, when she turned 2 when she was two, she began to learn about Baby Ballet. Ashley developed a passion for dancing after she started the Baby Ballet. Ashley was a professional dancer across all major categories until the time she graduated from high school. She competed in ballet, tap, jazz, pointe and acrobatics. In addition, she won best soloist awards at all major dance contests, including International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance, among others.
